New To Running Program

Austin Runners Club’s New To Running Program (NTR) is a structured program led by coaches who offer support and guidance to participants as they work toward the goal of running at the 2023 Bastrop Stampede 5K. 

$30 per person for the program

Starts: The week of April 24th and runs through July 1, 2023

Group workouts will be held weekly. Runners will sign up for either the north location or the south location for their training group. There is no option to toggle between the two groups/locations.

North – New To Running Program

Coach: Katie Taylor

Meets weekly on Wednesday evenings: 6:00 pm

Three clinics will take place during the span of the program and all dates/times will be communicated at the start of the program. Some clinics may take place in conjunction with the group workout and some may take place on a different night than the weekly run workout.

Registration is open and will be operating on a first come first serve basis for the 30 slots at each location (north/central). 

South – New To Running Program

Meets weekly on Thursday evenings: 6:00 pm
