Are you looking for a running club to join? We have active run groups in North, South, East, and  West parts of Austin.

All run group members must have a completed waiver on file. Please review and acknowledge the waiver here.

The Circle C Run Club is a lot of fun. Your neighbors are wonderful people and you’ll soon find yourself with a lot of new friends. Come run with us! And remember: Your pace never matters. A group will always stay with you.

Speedshop Mafia

Speedshop Mafia

Running mileage all week can get monotonous. Add speed to your running routine! This group meets every Tuesday night at the track for workouts that are designed to improve your speed. Excellent for runners of all abilities.

Location: Yellowjacket Stadium
Meet time: 6:00PM

Typical monthly schedule:
1st Tuesday of the month: shorter intervals and strength/mechanics-oriented workouts
Example: 10-15 x 100m strides/sprints/accelerations + strength/mobility/core work to follow.
2nd Tuesday of the month: intervals ranging from 200m – 800m
3rd Tuesday of the month: hill work (yes, uphill! 200-400m hill intervals)
4th Tuesday of the month: more mileage-oriented workouts / fartleks. Intervals @ 1K+
The occasional 5th Tuesday of the month: either 1) a time trial or 2) pick from one of the categories above

Sports Bra Run ATX

Running in our sports bras is a symbol of how we celebrate what our bodies can do for us, no matter what we look like. We aim to inspire a sense of confidence and camaraderie within this community. We host organized runs once a month during the hottest months and hope you’ll join us! All paces, abilities, and genders welcome!

Monday Night Run

Monday Night Run

The Monday Night Run meets at Ready to Run on Mondays at 6:30pm. The group runs different routes in the Far West and Shoal Creek neighborhoods. For every route, there is both a short option (3-4 miles) and a long option (5-6 miles). There is a wide range of paces from beginners to experienced runners. Route maps will be sent out ahead of time each week to those on the group email list.

  • When: 6:30 p.m. Where: Meet at Ready to Run. Located in the North Hills Neighborhood. What: Group run with various paces, distance is between 3-6 miles.

Morning Jo’s Run

Morning Jo’s Run

The Tuesday Morning Run meets at Jo’s on South Congress and departs at 6 a.m. The main route is a 4 mile out and back around the Texas State Capitol but other longer routes are also offered. There is a wide range of paces from beginners to experienced runners and routes between 3-6 miles are optional. This is a very fun and welcoming group that while being supportive will help you get faster if that is your goal. If you attend regularly, your running will improve, your list of friends will grow, and you will start your day with a smile.

  • When: 6:00 a.m. Where: Meet at Jo’s Coffee. Located on South Congress Avenue. What: Group run with various paces, distance is between 3-6 miles.

Come and run with Coach Ian each Wednesday for a structured run on the Brushy Creek Trail in Cedar Park. This group is powered by Dick’s Sporting Goods and offers its runners special discounts and training guides.
