The Morning Jo’s prides themselves on embodying “All Faces, All Paces,” and Rachel and Cameron lead with safety and inclusivity as the driving values for the group! You’ll be welcomed by hundreds of friendly runners and walkers, bright and early each and every Tuesday, for an out-and-back three-to-six mile run through the Capital and the University of Texas. Jo’s Coffee invites runners to socialize afterwards which typically goes until 7:30 A.M.

Hills! Elevation! A GREAT Time! 5run2 brings together runners from across the city to conquer the infamous Barton Hills and in the process, encourages runners to “Be a Run Boss!” In addition to the Wednesday runs, Jamie and PJ are known for hosting occasional weekend preview runs to prepare runners for local races. They collaborate with the local community to activate and elevate fitness, health, and wellness resources for everyone. Just when you think the group couldn’t be any better – 5run2 is always keeps up with the NOW by having some of the freshest gear drops in Austin.

East Side Beer Runners

Run, Beer, Repeat! ESBR is your crew if you love pounding pavement and crushing pints. They’re a laid-back run club, with a zero-drop rule, that welcomes runners of all paces and walkers too! You’ll get to explore different parts of Austin, followed by post-run discounted beers while making new friends on Wednesdays. On Sundays, ESBR becomes a trail group that explores different trailheads before meeting up for tacos, coffee, and/or donuts at local establishments.

If you are wanting to add a bit of spice to your running schedule, Speedshop Mafia invites you to join them. In adding speed to your weekly running routine, Speedshop Mafia prevents monotonous running routines by aiming to improve your speed!

When: Tuesdays at 6:00 P.M.
What:

  • 1st Tuesday: Shorter Intervals & Strength/Mechanics (Example: 10-15 x 100M + Strength & Mobility)
  • 2nd Tuesday: 200M-800M Intervals
  • 3rd Tuesday: 200M-400M Hills
  • 4th Tuesday: Fartleks & Mileage-Oriented
  • Occasional 5th Tuesday: Time Trial

Austin Triathlon Club is a social and training community for triathletes of a variety of ages and abilities from beginners to Ironman veterans. ATC is an official USAT registered club that organizes community workouts, social events, race support, triathlete panels, clinics, and have a range of discounts with local and national partners! If you are looking for diverse running workouts, but on top of that, swimming and cycling as well – then Austin Triathlon Club is the place for you!

Whether you’re a seasoned runner training for your next race, or someone brand new to running just looking for some company, MRC is the group for you. They’re a no drop group, so come as you are! Take in the sights and sounds of Mueller with some of the best folks in town, and after the run, grab a coffee from Streamway and start your Tuesday right!

Brushy Creek Beer Runners is more than just a run club—we’re a crew that works hard, plays hard, and brings people together through running. We keep it fun, social, and welcoming for all paces, whether we’re tackling trails, roads, or the track. Our routes start and end Alamo Coffee (and beer) , followed by well-earned post-run brews. All runners are invited and no one runs alone.

ATX Run Divas is a woman-only run club dedicated to creating a supportive, inclusive and empowering space for all women runners. We are proudly gender inclusive and affirming. Our main mission is rooted in community, safety and celebrating every mile you run with us. We run a flat, beginner friendly route starting at Cosmic Saltillo that gives you views of Town Lake and downtown Austin. We believe socializing is just as important as running, so we do happy hours, pre-race meet ups, and post-race brunches frequently. All divas welcome!

Monday Night Run Club

The group runs different routes in the Far West and Shoal Creek neighborhoods. For every route, there is both a short option (3-4 miles) and a long option (5-6 miles). There is a wide range of paces from beginners to experienced runners and a water stop is provided on all routes. Route maps will be sent out ahead of time each week to those on the group email list.
